reputation and integrity is directly related to how we serve our
clients and customers. Please find below a description of how
Super Series Baseball of America strives to protect the privacy

We realize that our participants are required to register team
rosters containing names, addresses, and other information of
our participating youth.
The Federal C.O.P.A. laws (Child
Online Protection Act) prohibits distribution of personal
information for minors. Super Series Baseball of
America strictly adheres to this act, and is in total compliance
with all C.O.P.A. rules and regulations. We do not release
registration or roster data to anyone outside of the Super
Series Baseball of America organization.
Moreover,
we
do not share, distribute, sell, nor release
our opt-in mailing lists, roster information, manager's names or
other information. All information in our databases is
stored in secure servers by an independent and professional
database partner in Washington D.C.
When credit card purchase transactions are required, Super
Series Baseball of America utilizes the latest, and most secure,
technology available including secure servers and encryption.
Transactions are processed by Authorize.Net - one of the
national leaders in internet merchant services. When
transactions are made, even Super Series Baseball of America
does not receive your credit card information. Nor is
your card information stored or retained on any of our internet
servers.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may
need to disclose personal information when required by law,
wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is
necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement
investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or
legal process served on Super Series Baseball, our hosts, or
participants.

prohibit any chance of identity theft from your Super Series
experiences, and promote your confidence in our efforts to
