SEASONAL TEAM REGISTRATION

  1.  You'll never lose your registration as a copy is always available in our online database.

  2.  You print your registration right here on our web site upon completion of data entry.  You may register a maximum of 18 players.

  3. NEW IN 2010:  You may register your team and obtain your ID and PASSWORD without adding any players.  This allows you to enter events using your team ID.  You must add a minimum of 9 players by the time you submit your printed roster to your first tournament event. All rosters submitted to a tournament MUST be printed online, and may NOT contain any handwritten corrections or additions.

  4.  team registrations are non-refundable.

• Make Roster Adds and Drops Online

• Prevent players from being registered on two teams

• Automatically limits teams to 3 Adds and Drops after qualifying

  CAUTION MANAGERS:

It is a major Rule Violation to register any player to your roster without parental consent - or - to add a player that is already registered to another team in the same age division!

Super Series Baseball
Team Registration

$35.00 per Team

Super Series has two registration seasons each year.

Spring/Summer Season - Registrations Valid
thru the Summer World Series & National Championships
Qualified teams are eligible to enter.

Fall/Winter Season - Registrations Valid
thru the Fall World Series National Championships
Qualified teams are eligible to enter. 

All players are automatically released from rosters and become free agents at the conclusion of each season.

Teams must re-register for each season.  
No players are automatically carried over
from one season to the next. 

TEAM REGISTRATION
RULES and POLICIES: 

YOU MUST HAVE ALL PLAYERS' NAMES, ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, AND DATES OF BIRTH TO COMPLETE A ROSTER.  ALL ROSTERS SUBMITTED FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 9 PLAYERS - and CANNOT EXCEED A TOTAL OF 18 PLAYERS.

YOUR SUPER SERIES ROSTER IS A LEGAL AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY FOR YOUR PLAYERS.  ANY ROSTER CONTAINING FRAUDULENT, or INACCURATE PLAYER DATA, INCLUDING FALSIFIED ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, OR DATES OF BIRTH WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF THE ROSTER/REGISTRATION,  AND FORFEITURE OF THE REGISTRATION FEE.

YOU MAY NOT ENTER THE SAME ADDRESS and/or PHONE NUMBERS FOR ALL PLAYERS.

DO NOT INCLUDE PLAYERS' MIDDLE NAMES, NOR USE SUFFIXES TO A LAST NAME SUCH AS "Jr." or "III."  OUR RULES REQUIRE THAT THE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF THE PLAYER MUST BE SPELLED ACCURATELY, AS THE NAME APPEARS ON THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

"TYPOS" ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE FOR INACCURATE INFORMATION.  IT IS A MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ROSTERS AND REGISTRATIONS ARE 100% ACCURATE PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A PLAYER TO YOUR ROSTER.

SHOULD YOU DISCONNECT BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, YOUR DATA IS VOIDED AND ERASED AND YOU ARE NOT CHARGED NOR REGISTERED.  YOU WOULD THEN HAVE TO START OVER.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A UNIQUE ID AND PASSWORD.  KEEP THIS INFORMATION AS YOU WILL NEED THIS FOR ANY FUTURE ROSTER CHANGES OR ADDITIONS.  WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHARING THIS ID or PASSWORD WITH TEAM MEMBERS.  THIS WOULD ENABLE UNAUTHORIZED PLAYER ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO YOUR ROSTER.  ONCE A PLAYER IS ADDED OR RELEASED, YOU CANNOT ALTER THIS TRANSACTION.  WE SUGGEST ONLY TEAM MANAGERS ACCESS AND CONTROL THEIR ROSTER.

ALL ROSTER CHANGES MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE SYSTEM - AND ONLY PRINTED ROSTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT TOURNAMENTS.   HANDWRITTEN PLAYER ADDITIONS, CORRECTIONS, OR USING PLAYERS NOT ON THE PRINTED ROSTER, WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TEAM.

NOTE:  SUPER SERIES RULES REQUIRE THAT ALL PLAYERS ON AMERICAN AND MINORS DIVISION TEAMS MUST COME FROM WITHIN YOUR TEAM'S HOME STATE.
OUT-OF-STATE PLAYERS ARE INELIGIBLE IN THE AMERICAN OR MINORS DIVISIONS UNLESS YOU OBTAIN A FORMAL BORDER EXEMPTION FROM THE SUPER SERIES NATIONAL OFFICE IN ADVANCE OF ADDING AN OUT-OF-STATE PLAYER.  ( Click here for rules ) 

PLAYERS MAY BE REGISTERED TO NATIONAL DIVISION and SUPER 16 (Only) TEAMS FROM ANY STATE.  NO BORDER EXEMPTIONS ARE REQUIRED IN THE NATIONAL DIVISION OR SUPER 16 DIVISION ONLY.
 

AGE CUTOFF DATE:

APRIL 30, 2010

To determine your 2010 SPRING/SUMMER team age,
determine your oldest player's age as of April 30th, 2010. 
That is the age division you must play this season!
