Series has two registration seasons each year.
Fall/Winter Season
- Registrations Valid
thru the Winter National
Championships
Qualified teams are eligible to enter the Winter Nationals.
Spring/Summer Season
- Registrations Valid
thru the Summer National
Championships
Qualified teams are eligible to enter the Summer Nationals.
All players are
automatically released from rosters and become
free agents at the end of each season.
Teams must re-register
for each season.
No players are automatically carried over
from one season to the next.

TEAM REGISTRATION
INSTRUCTIONS:
YOU
MUST HAVE ALL PLAYERS' NAMES, ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, AND DATES
OF BIRTH TO COMPLETE A REGISTRATION.
ANY ROSTER CONTAINING
FRAUDULENT, or INACCURATE PLAYER DATA, INCLUDING FALSIFIED
ADDRESSES, PHONE NUMBERS, OR DATES OF BIRTH WILL RESULT IN
TERMINATION OF THE ROSTER/REGISTRATION, AND FORFEITURE OF
THE REGISTRATION FEE.
YOU
MAY NOT ENTER THE
SAME ADDRESS
and/or
PHONE NUMBERS
FOR ALL PLAYERS. YOUR REGISTRATION IS A
LEGAL
AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY,
WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON ACCEPTABLE RESIDENCY. ENTERING SUCH
FRAUDULENT INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF THE INVALID
REGISTRATION AND FORFEITURE OF THE REGISTRATION FEE.
IF SUCH A ROSTER IS FOUND WITHIN A SUPER SERIES EVENT, THE TEAM
WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND THE MANAGER WILL BE SUBJECT TO
SUSPENSION.
"TYPOS"
ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE FOR INACCURATE INFORMATION.
IT IS A MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ROSTERS AND
REGISTRATIONS ARE 100% ACCURATE. A team
registration/roster is a legal document attesting to the
eligibility of a team and/or players.
We do not make exceptions to our rules.
YOU
MUST REGISTER A
MINIMUM OF 9 PLAYERS
TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE WITHOUT
LEAVING THE SYSTEM.
SHOULD
YOU DISCONNECT BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION, AND PRINTING,
YOUR DATA IS VOIDED AND ERASED AND YOU ARE NOT CHARGED NOR
REGISTERED. YOU WOULD THEN HAVE TO START OVER.
YOU
WILL RECEIVE AN
ID AND PASSWORD.
KEEP THIS INFORMATION AS YOU WILL NEED THIS FOR ANY FUTURE ROSTER
CHANGES OR ADDITIONS.
ALL ROSTER CHANGES MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE ONLINE SYSTEM
- AND ONLY PRINTED ROSTERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT TOURNAMENTS.
HANDWRITTEN PLAYER ADDITIONS, OR USING PLAYERS NOT ON THE PRINTED
ROSTER, WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF THE TEAM.
NOTE: SUPER
SERIES RULES REQUIRE THAT ALL PLAYERS ON AMERICAN AND MINORS
DIVISION TEAMS MUST COME FROM WITHIN YOUR
TEAM'S HOME STATE.
PLAYERS MAY BE
REGISTERED TO
NATIONAL DIVISION
(Only) TEAMS FROM
ANY STATE.
NO BORDER EXEMPTIONS ARE REQUIRED IN THE NATIONAL DIVISION ONLY.
OUT-OF-STATE PLAYERS
ARE INELIGIBLE IN THE AMERICAN OR MINORS DIVISIONS UNLESS YOU OBTAIN A FORMAL BORDER EXEMPTION FROM
THE SUPER SERIES NATIONAL OFFICE
IN ADVANCE OF ADDING AN
OUT-OF-STATE PLAYER. (See rule E

AGE CUTOFF DATE:
All Super Series
ages 7's
thru 18's will use
the
May 1st Age Cutoff Date.
To determine your team's
age, determine your oldest player's age as of
April 30th,
2008.
That is the age division you must play this season!
You
must have a Visa or Mastercard
to purchase and print your registration online!
Be Sure to
Include Name, Card Number and Expiration Date

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
If you
enclose a copy
of your registration
certificate when mailing your tourney entry fees
YOU MAY DEDUCT $25.00 FROM THE STATED
TOURNEY ENTRY FEE!
And, you'll may save $25.00 in
every QUALIFYING
Super Series event that you enter if you provide a
copy of your registration to the tournament in advance!
If you
do not enclose your registration/roster when
mailing your entry fee - you must pay the stated
entry fee price and no discount is allowed.
All
entry fees are to be sent to the director
of the tournament you are attending.
NO
TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN
ANY SUPER SERIES EVENT WITHOUT PRESENTING
THEIR VALID REGISTRATION/ROSTER TO THE
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR!
